Laser Service & Calibration

Our laser service department, staffed by fully qualified factory trained technicians, provides help all year round and allows you to receive assistance concerning any technical issues or questions on your product. You can report your problem or create a support ticket. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week! We will contact you personally as soon as possible.Cody Corporation provides the following services for all rotating laser levels, line and dot lasers, 360 degree setout lasers, and many other construction surveying instruments:

General Checkup services are often requested when an instrument has been in storage and not used for an extended period of time.

Routine Maintenance often recommended when used for professional / trade purposes or when a laser has been in service for a long time.

Diagnosis & Repair: Our repair shop is equipped with the latest electronics and diagnostic equipment for the repair of all laser levelling instruments, including dot and cross setout lasers. If you have a laser instrument that does not work and would like to have the problem diagnosed, please fill in the following form and we’ll contact you. If you send the unit to us we will perform a professional equipment assessment and contact you with the results, including repair cost estimates.

Calibration of Laser & Optical Instruments: Our laser service department utilises the latest High Precision Collimation & Alignment Systems for calibrating all brands and types of laser instruments.

Training: Those who purchase from Cody Corporation in person will, if requested, be provided hands on surveying instrument operations training for what they purchased, whether a new Laser level or Line & Dot Setout Laser or a quality used instrument.
