When you purchase a new system training is essential and each new construction site has different challenges.

The Cody Corporation Site Care Plan will provide you with the support you need to get to your new site, set up the basics and start taking points & levels with ease.

The Site Care Plan is for clients that need support on managing their files, creating a site calibration and general support for the time they are on that site.

This is a product that will suit a Construction company that are on a site for a long period of time and may require addition assistance for the work flow efficiency of surveying tasks on site.

This plan consists of the following:

• Management of files. Liaise with Surveyor or Engineer to collate the files
  • Drawing Files
  • Surface Files
  • Control Files
• On-site Survey
  • Load files
  • Conduct a site Calibration
  • Hand over to site supervisor
  • Assist in further training
• Remote Support
  • Phone Support
  • Team Viewer Support for training and visual instruction
  • 2 Hours of support allocated per Care Plan – Unlimited time frame of use

Notes:

• Site Care Plan is charged per each new site
• Adelaide Metro Sites ONLY (Country & Interstate sites will be charged travel and accommodation)
