Machine Weighing Systems

Weighing scales for all machines

Applications for Machine Weighing

Being able to accurately measure the current load of any machine is important to increase productivity of your fleet.

With machine weighing systems you are able to limit the amount of double handling saving you time,  minimise incorrect loads saving you material and provide proof of weights to customers and retail chains alike to avoid costly refund issues later on.

Sand & Metal

To accurately provide customers with the correct amounts of material not only saves you on material loss but also saves the customer on overloading costs on the road.

Trucking Companies

Overloading fees are higher than ever before costing trucking companies a small fortune each year in fines. Having the ability to accurately and constantly measure the weight of a truck as its being loaded will enable companies to save on expensive fines.

Councils and Earthworks

No matter if its a council supplying material for local works, being able to supply the right amount of material required is paramount to saving alot of money on double handling and wasteage material. Or even an Earthworks company who is tasked with completing the required job being able to know how much material was loaded in or out of a job will aid in providing correct figures to the project management team for payment upon completion of the job.

Compuload CL6000

The Compuload CL6000 Machine Weighing System is a fully electronic modern scale ideally suited for use with Front End Loaders, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Telehandlers, Container Lifters and Forklifts. The CL6000 comes in 2 different configurations depending on the machine it’s fitted to.

Systems

Dynamic Weighing

Used mainly on machines fitted with load-burst valves can be used on all machines including: Front End Loaders, Backhoes, Telehandlers, Forklifts and Container Lifters

Static Weighing

Used mainly on systems that dont have a load-burst valve fitted and can be used on all machines including:  Forklifts, Front End Loaders, Backhoes and Telehandlers.

Why do I need an Machine Weighing System?

Increased Productivity

  • Prevent truck turnarounds at the weighbridge hence reducing cycle times.
  • Achieve more consistent loading results from the machine operators.

Improved profits

  • Chain of responsibility laws means everyone is now responsible for the safe loading of goods, thus avoiding overloading fines.
  • Reduce transportation costs by avoiding overloading and unnecessary trips caused by under loading.
  • Eliminate double handling of material loading correctly the first time.

CL6000 is the Latest Technology

Loadmanager

The Compuload Loadmanger Truck Weighing System Scale can save you time and money by turning weighing into a one-step operation.

How it works

The Compuload Loadmanger Truck Weighing System Scale is built into the truck’s rear air suspension lines and front mechanical suspension axle, so you get an accurate weight or load reading at the time of loading.

Benefits

It eliminates the need to transport pallets to a platform scale prior to loading, or running the truck over a weighbridge or axle weighed to make sure you are within the legal limits of truck. This helps you confirm to the Chain of Responsibility Laws ensuring you do not overload your trucks.  Ensures you gain the maximum efficiency within your transport fleet by loading correctly.

Saftey

Loading, stacking and weight distribution of loads is very important not only from a safety point of view but also ensures you run your fleet in a most effective manner.

The Compuload Loadmanger Truck Weighing System Scale will pay for itself quickly by reducing the possibility of overloading fines, increasing productivity by loading to maximum possible weight, saving fuel, tyres and general maintenance.
